Cancellation Policy
Bike Rentals
Our bike rental services are managed by Rocacorba Atelier SL. The following cancellation policy applies to all bike rental bookings:
- 30 Days or More Before Scheduled Start Date: If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the scheduled start date, Rocacorba Atelier SL will refund your booking in full.
- Between 29 and 14 Days Before Scheduled Start Date: If the booking is cancelled between 29 days and 14 days before the scheduled start date, Rocacorba Atelier SL will refund 50% of your booking.
- Between 14 and 0 Days Before Scheduled Start Date: If the booking is cancelled between 14 days and 0 days before the scheduled start date, Rocacorba Atelier SL will offer no refund.
Future Booking Credit: For all cancellations, we can hold your payment as a credit for a future booking.
Cancellation Policy for Scheduled Tours
- More Than 90 Days Before the Tour Start Date: you get a refund of 100% of the tour price 100% of credit.
- Between 61 and 90 Days Before the Tour Start Date: you get a refund of 50% of the tour price 75% of credit.
- Between 31 and 60 Days Before the Tour Start Date: you get a refund of 25% of the tour price and 50% of credit.
- 30 Days or Less Before the Tour Start Date: No refund, No credit
Cancellation Policy for Custom & Private Tours
- More Than 90 Days Before the Tour Start Date: you get a refund of 70% of the tour price 100% of credit.
- Between 61 and 90 Days Before the Tour Start Date: no refund of the tour price 75% of credit.
- Between 31 and 60 Days Before the Tour Start Date: no refund of the tour price 50% of credit.
- 30 Days or Less Before the Tour Start Date: No refund, No credit
Rescheduling and Exceptions
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your tour or guide service, please contact us at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred dates, subject to availability.
- Extreme Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme weather conditions that make the tour unsafe, we will either reschedule the tour or provide a full refund. This decision will be made at our discretion.
- Illness or Injury: If you need to cancel due to illness or injury, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a credit for a future booking at our discretion.
Please note that all cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated to us in writing via email. The date of the email will be considered the date of cancellation or rescheduling request.
